If it's your first time on a serious bathware floor, here's how a typical visit unfolds. You don't need to know anything technical — bring your floor plan if you have one, or just bring your enthusiasm.

Walk in and orient.

Our floor associate greets you at the entrance and walks you through the six-zone floor plan. You see the whole layout in under 5 minutes.

Identify your bathrooms.

Master bath, guest bath, powder room, kids' bath, wellness floor — every bathroom in your project gets a separate spec. We tag them on a paper plan.

Pick a finish family.

Brushed brass, matte black, gunmetal, chrome, rose-gold or bronze. We narrow your choices to one finish family — every fitting matches.

Walk the zones.

Sanitaryware → Faucet wall → Showers → Surface lab. We swap finishes in real time on the sample cart so you see the trade-offs.

Sit at the atelier desk.

Zone 05. Tea or coffee. We lay everything out and write a line-item spec with prices, stock status, lead times and a plumber's brief.

Sleep on it. Decide.

We email the spec sheet by end-of-day. No pressure to commit on the floor — most clients confirm within 48 hours by WhatsApp.
